Austria a introdus linie directa de tren de la Viena la Cluj Napoca si Oradea Imprimare

   Austria’s state railway company, OBB (https://www.oebb.at/en/), introduces this winter direct trains from Vienna to Romania, which will reach two cities in the country.

   The train will make direct connections between Vienna and Cluj via Oradea and Budapest. It will be called “Transylvania”, will only have OBB wagons and will run from 9 December. Currently, those who want to get to Vienna by train need to change the link to Budapest.

    The journey time is 10 hours and 43 minutes for Vienna-Cluj and 10 hours and 41 minutes for Cluj-Vienna.    

    The train schedule is as follows:

– departure from Cluj-Napoca at 07:40, stop at Oradea at 09.21 and arrival at Vienna at 17:21;

– departure from Vienna at 10:42, stop at Oradea at 18:48 and arrival at Cluj-Napoca at 21:25.

 

 

 

The Cluj Napoca – Vienna train enters into circulation with New Train Timetable, valid from December 9, 2018.
