New observations of the asteroid Hygiea show that it's more spherical than previously thought – suggesting that it might actually be a dwarf planet
In 2006, Pluto was famously downgraded from planet to dwarf planet – and now, based on the same definition an object in the main asteroid belt may need to be upgraded from asteroid to dwarf planet. New observations of an object named Hygiea suggest it fits the four requirements of the class, which would make it the smallest dwarf planet in the solar system.
The International Astronomical Union (IAU) tweaked the definitions of some solar system objects in 2006. Both planets and dwarf planets have to be in orbit around the Sun, and have to be massive enough for their gravity to pull them into a roughly spherical shape. The main point of difference between the two though is that a planet has to have cleared other objects out of the neighborhood around its orbit – if it hasn’t, it’s a dwarf planet. And finally, a dwarf planet also can’t be a moon.

The Australian National Maritime Museum has installed the country's largest lightweight solar panel roof on its Wharf 7 Heritage Centre in Sydney's Darling Harbor. By using flexible, glass-free solar panels designed by Dr. Zhengrong Shi of SunMan Energy, buildings which previously were considered unsuitable for solar panels can now take part in the renewable energy revolution.
Dr. Shi's flexible and lightweight solar panel design, called eArche, opens up a whole new marketplace which the traditional solar panel industry has been unable to tackle to date. While the broad expanses atop many factories, warehouses and similar buildings may seem ideal for solar panels, these light, metal-skinned roofs generally don't have the structural integrity to support the weight of traditional solar panels.

Sumele menţionate sunt rezultatul acordurilor comerciale şi guvernamentale de credit pe termen mediu şi lung, încheiate de statul român cu alte state, în principal din Africa, Asia şi America Latină înainte de 31 decembrie 1989, arată un document al Ministerului Finanţelor.
Din suma totală de 716,2 milioane dolari SUA pe relaţia devize convertibile, 474,9 milioane dolari SUA (66,30%) reprezintă creanţe soluţionate şi reglementate prin semnarea unor acorduri la nivel guvernamental, aprobate prin Hotărâri ale Guvernului şi care se află în diferite stadii de încasare (Irak, R.D. Congo, R.P.D. Coreeană, Guineea, Mozambic) iar 241,3 milioane dolari (33,70%) reprezintă creanţe care nu au fost soluţionate până în prezent (Sudan, Libia, Nigeria, R. Centrafricană, Somalia şi Tanzania).
În perioada ianuarie – decembrie 2018 s-au încasat în contul creanţelor României 60 milioane dolari.
